TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax of € 3.20 per person per night has to be added to the price and it will be applied to all guests who have reached the age of 14 (Provincial Law no. 9 of 16.05.2012).

WE ARE PET FRIENDLY

Your dogs are welcome! We ask a supplement of 15.00 € per night for small ones (less than 10 kg) and 18.00 € per night for medium ones (more than 10kg). They cannot access to our restaurant, but we offer you the possibility to enjoy meals together at the lounge in our bar.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Your booking is confirmed and valid once you have paid the deposit “caparra confirmatoria” of 30% which in case of cancellation is lost (Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).
The deposit must be paid within 5 days from the date of booking.
If the deposit is not paid within this time limit we reserve us the right to cancel the booking without prior warning.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Your booking is confirmed and valid once you have paid the deposit “caparra confirmatoria” of 30% which in case of cancellation is lost (Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

If the cancellation takes place:

• between 70 and 45 days before the arrival date only the paid deposit of 30% is lost;
• between 44 and 30 days before the arrival date it will be charged 80% of the total amount; therefore, in addition to the 30% of deposit paid in phase of booking, it’s requested the payment of an ulterior penalty of 50%;
• between 29 days and the arrival date it will be charged 100% of the total amount; therefore, in addition to the 30% deposit paid at the booking, which is lost, we require the payment of the outstanding 70% within 5 days from the cancellation date.

For time reductions or early departures, the amount of the entire stay will be charged. Booked but not consumed meals will not be deducted.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• As group we intend a group of people managed by a single person, who is responsible for the contract and the payment;
• The preferential price is calculated on the basis of the number of people in phase of request;
• This price will not vary in case of variations up to 10%; otherwise, it has to be recalculated;
• The deposit of 30% must be paid at least 70 days before the arrival date;
• 21 days before arrival it has to be paid the total amount which means the outstanding 70%; in addition, it has to be sent the definitive rooming and guest list;

Online bookings via external channels

Guests who decide to book through OTAs are pleased to inform themselves about the cancellation policy of the supplier. Hotel Union does not assume any responsibility for problems that may arise.

We recommend to stipulate a travel insurance for your booking.

For last minute reservations, we need a credit card as guarantee; in case of cancellation, you have to refer to our cancellation policy. In case of No-Show we will reserve us the right to charge the full amount agreed in phase of booking.
